ELECTIONS PROVE BUSH IS NO LONGER ABLE TO HIDE BEHIND PARTYLINE

With the GOP getting 'thumped'--as Bush calls it--(I prefer 'spanked' myself) and pushed out of the way, Bush now finds himself not with a divided Congress, but one driven by the Democrats to set the ship of state on a new course; one which promises to weed out the last bits of corruption and hold the President accountable for his actions as Commander-in-Chief.

And this time, Bush can't go on record as saying that he's doing things to protect the American people for themselves. This time, he has to acknowledge the fact that he no longer has a 'mandate' to hide behind--let alone the party rhetoric which has deeply divided this nation so far.

As a people, we must hold our representatives accountable, but for Bush, we must get to the bottom of why Bush brought us to war, why he held all those secret meetings behind closed doors, and why he has brought it upon himself to trample over the Constitution like it was nothing more than a 'damned piece of paper'. (His words.)

Naturally, Bush will try and concoct some excuse that the Democrats are endangering the nation with their attempts to set the record straight. But little does he know, what has endangered us all isn't the new Congress's ambitions to give us a clean slate, but his own fractured policy directives which had placed us on a very slippery slope.
